If you visit the property, within one year of purchase, and you decide, for any reason, that would rather have a different piece of land, simply choose a new parcel of land from our list of available properties and we will credit every penny of your down payment and monthly payments to the new property of your choice. 3. Lifetime title guarantee. We guarantee that the title to the property we sell you will be free of liens, judgments, or any defects. We guarantee this by giving you a free and clear Warranty Deed when you pay off your land. This is such a powerful guarantee that the Warranty Deed is recorded in the County Courthouse with the County Clerk. We call it a lifetime guarantee because we are agreeing to warrant the title as long as you own the land. WE FINANCE THE PROPERTY
No banks. You do not need to qualify for a loan to buy the property. There are no credit checks and no qualifying. This is a bid and assume auction format. You are bidding on the down payment only and then assuming a pre-determined loan amount. There is no credit check for bidders who wish to finance the loan. Serious bidders only, please! Non-paying bidders only increase the price for others who want to purchase the property. eBay's policy states that real estate auctions are a binding agreement. If you are the high bidder and you fail to perform, a Non Paying Bidder Report will automatically be filed with eBay. Non Paying Bidder Reports lead to suspension from eBay.
