Description
We are very pleased to offer two pair of wonderful Depression Glass items from the Duncan & Miller + Hazel-Atlas Glass companies. The beautiful green gently scalloped dished rim creamer & sugar bowl are from the Duncan & Miller Spiral Flutes line, introduced in 1924, and featuring amber, green, and pink. These may appear to be Green Uranium, but do not fluoresce under black light. This lovely couple is in wonderful condition. For the Spiral Flutes match, please see Page #207 & 208 in Elegant Glassware of the Depression Era / by Cathy & Gene Florence. The handsome pair of dual handled open sugar bowls are part of the Modernistic (Colonial Block) line from Hazel-Atlas Glass Co., produced in the early 1930s. These VG - Excellent condition, deep green sugars carry proper large H over A base logo, and are indeed a light Uranium Oxide formula, and consequently do fluoresce under black light.
