UPDATED CONDITION REPORT: THIS WORK DOES HAVE APPROXIMATELY 12 SCATTERED PIN HOLES IN THE CANVAS. A choice work titled GRAND CANYON PROMINTORIES on the reverse in ink on an old artist's label circa 1950 or perhaps earlier. The original paper backing is marked REYNOLDS GALLERY - TAOS NM in old grease pencil. Reynolds Gallery opened in Taos in 1946. The size is 16 x 20 inches framed to 20.5 x 24.5 overall. Good, original untouched condition with an unfortunate spot or two of gold paint from when Bubba gave the original pickled and carved oak frame a coat of fresh gold. The painting's good original coat of varnish makes the gold overage a non-factor. Overall, very good original condition and absolutely fresh to the market.
