WELSH MANTLE CLOCK W/GOAT, GOLD GILT. On upper portion over number "12" it says: "Patd. May 10, 1869". Goat is grazing and chained on top of this unusual and lovely clock. Some minor fading of re-gilded clock. Paper face and numerals. Clock is not in working order.
