Two Imperial Decree documents order by Nicholas the 2nd the last Tsar of Russia. The first document is signed by Vladimir Sukhomlinov the Minister of War and dated December 6th 1914 he was also was the man who ordered the Russian Mobilization that tiggered the Great War and the fall of the Tsar. The second document is signed by the High Chancellor to the Tsar B. Dentkov and is dated December 14th 1914. Both decrees relate to Knighthoods granted by the Tsar to various Russian citizens for the year of 1914. These Knighthoods ranged from Saint Vladimirs class 4 to Saint Annes class 1. Also included is a black and white Rotary club photo of Nicholas the 2nd and his family who were subsequently all executed in 1917 after the over throw of the government by the Communist party.
