Early 1960s Bill Russell Game-Used Sneakers

These early 1960s "Bill Russell" model canvas low-cut sneakers have the manufacturers simulated "Bill Russell" signature tag on the bottom rear counter. On the inside outer counter of both shoes is the shoe size "13-1/2" and model number "510T," stamped in black. Stamped on the sock lining is "RESILIENT HEEL MADE IN U.S.A." along with "Approved by Bill Russell" and "FULL SPONGE INSOLE BUILT IN ARCH" with an image of Bill Russell. The rubber is slightly cracked at the junction of soles and uppers, with one of the cotton laces broken off at the end. The shoes show light use. Accompanied by an LOA from Russell's teammate Sam Jones.
