Babe Ruth Single-Signed Baseball

The most celebrated athlete of his time, Babe Ruth chose baseball as his vehicle on the road to sports immortality. Smashing 714 home runs over a 21 year career, Ruth remains an American hero for the ages. This vintage red and blue stitched baseball (unknown manufacturer) has been single-signed and inscribed in black fountain pen on the sweet spot by the great Babe Ruth. League/President's and manufacturer's stamps are no longer visible. Ball shows heavy scuffing and soiling, however the signature remains bold, grading at least an 8. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
