1956 Joe McCarthy Single-Signed Baseball Official baseball single-signed in blue ink and dated "1956" on the side panel by illustrious Yankees HOF manager Joe McCarthy, who inscribed the sweet spot, "With Best Wishes, To George Hipp." McCarthy was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1957 and passed away in 1978.
