Tiger Woods 3-D Painting (Hung In Mickey Mantle's Restaurant)

This 3-D piece of art was created by artist Steve Sax and was hung in New York City's famed Mickey Mantle's restaurant. It portrays legandary golfer Tiger Woods stuck in a sand trap, trying to drive his way out with a club. It is constructed of three sturdy pieces of wood and measurers 35" long, 4" wide and 27" high. The attention to detail in the lifelike facial features, especially the eyes and Tiger's million dollar smile are quite amazing. Tiger has on his patented black Nike hat with "JUST DO IT" on the back as well as a red Nike shirt. On the back of the piece are four metal clips meant for a golf club to be attached, making the "swing" look more realistic. Steve Sax has signed his work of art "SAX" in black marker.
