Description
Rare, original and unaltered binnacle compass built to strict British Royal Navy standards and specifications by Dent Two substantial oil burners illuminate the gimbaled compass. A brass hood is mounted to an elm base that is complete with the original specification and use sheet. The compass card is boldly marked with directions. The dome is engraved "Dent Patent No. 3016. Patt. 20"
