Condition/Details: Bound in its original boards, this first edition theological text bears the author's inscription to Zephaniah Swift on the front free endpaper. Ely was a prolific author and theological thinker of the day and served as pastor of the Third Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia. The volume shows some external wear and spine reinforcing, original prelims and endpapers appear to all be present, it is solidly bound with clean pages and library markings. The book measures approximately 7" x 4.5" and contains 803 pages. Shipping cost (within the U.S.) for this lot will be: $4.50
