Early Davenport Porcelain Teapot with Avian Decoration, early 19th century, of hard paste porcelain in an oblong shape with "D" handle, attributed to Davenport and decorated in overglaze polychrome enamels with colorful birds and flowers. Marked inside foot rim with hand-painted brown 1612; 6" high x 10" long.

Very light wear to enamel.
