Hubert Buel, cartoon featuring submarine chasers, circa 1940, 4 1/2"x11". Buel was an animator for Walt Disney, a teacher at Long Beach College, and served as Art Director at the San Francisco Chronicle. His The Wonderful World of Animals was nationally syndicated.
