Condition/Details: Bound in its original dark tan cloth boards with gilt embossing, this antique text is one of the more scarce Scottish histories. Part of a pair of works on the island, this is the Archaeology volume. It is replete with illustrations including etchings, photographs and charts. The volume shows external age/wear with spine repair, and has a split binding with bright pages and library markings. The book measures approximately 8" x 10.25" and contains 295 pages.
