BEDFORD CO., PENNSYLVANIA PAINTED POPLAR CORNER CUPBOARD, one-piece construction, a fine diminutive example with well-executed molded cornice above double-paneled upper doors, applied waist moldings, and fielded-panel lower doors, resting on a base with applied moldings. Blue-painted surface. Circa 1830-1850. 75" H, 35" W, 24" corner.

Provenance: Collection of the late John and Lil Palmer, Purcellville, VA.
Ex-collection of Skip and Effie Sheppard, PA, 1994.

Condition

Very good condition overall, with minor wear to vibrant blue paint. Possible restoration to paint.
