A PAIR OF CHINESE EXPORT CARVED IVORY EMPEROR AND EMPRESS FIGURES, PROBABLY LATE QING DYNASTY. Each finely carved in ornate Imperial court robes with accoutrements including a Ruyi scepter and sword. Raised on reticulated rosewood stands. The ivory height 10.5 inches (26.7 cm).
