Description
Roman Empire, Ca 0 to 200 CE. Collection of 6 small bronze arrow heads, each in trilobate form, small hole for securing to wooden shaft, along with bronze fibula of simple form. Arrows were used with deadly accuracy by the archers of the Roman legion. Each arrowhead about 3/4""L, fibula is 2-5/8" L.
Provenance: Ex-private AZ Collection, acquired before 2000.
