A very nice pair of antique brass cane holders

Item Details

Description

A very nice pair of antique brass cane holders. They are matched and have weighted bases that are 8” in diameter. There are 38 1/4” long central posts with urn finials on each piece. Large 12 1/2” circular rings with 12 small round cane holders are adjustable on the posts with setscrews to position them at desired heights. Just above the bases are 6” circular rings with 12 cup holders for receiving the cane tips. The pair are in “as found” condition and can be polished if so desired. They are possibly French, ca 1895. They are quite scarce items that rarely come to market. Estimate: $1800-$2800
