He attended the College of Arts in Kharkov, and continued his studies at the Kharkov Art & Design Academy and teh Gall Design School in Germany. He immigrated to Israel in 1996. Upon his arrival to Israel, Yuri Tremler worked in interior design, crafts and jewelry. He began working with various materials, including acrylics, pastes and varnishes. He decided to dedicate himself entirely to painting, and exhibiting his work regularly in both the United States and Israel. Many of his paintings combine both abstract and figurative approaches. HIs pieces can be found in collections in Israel and abroad.
