Jacobsen, Antonio Nicolo Gasparo [New Jersey/New York/Denmark, 1850-1921] fine oil on canvas marine painting of the French ocean liner "La Savoie", signed l.r. "Antonio Jacobsen 1901, West Hoboken, NJ", and mounted in what appears to be the original oak frame. Site- 13.5"x35.5"

Condition

Stretcher wedges replaced, frame appears to be original but with losses to gilt insert, small section of in-painting to hull approx. 6" back from bow, small puncture repair to sky about 6" above stern and about the size of a silver dollar.
