45 title in 55 volumes. Various sizes, octavo to elephant folio, all uniformly bound in brown boards, pines gilt, with titles in gilt on a red background. Most volumes have the publisher's imprint and copyright information covered by stickers from the "Islamic Revolution Publication and Educational Organization." One of 1000 (or 1200) sets. 

A significant collection of facsimile printings of classic works of the history of Iran, mostly in European languages, a few in Farsi. Printed by the monarchy in celebration of the 2500 year anniversary of the Kingdom of Persia to be presented as gifts to various dignitaries. Titles include:

A number of the boards appear to have adhered to each other at some point with resulting loss of surface paper in some spots and spots of adhered paper in others, a few spines chipped; still very good.
