One dozen leaders in glassine wrappers. 9 smaller packets contain a half-dozen each of his 4x leader material. Some come in 18 and 15 inch lengths. All unused. Three larger packets contain the "Intrinsic" Silkworm Gut Leaders. two are 9 feet long and unused. The other unmarked and appears to have seen some use. A circular tin of Hewitt's "Line Grease", which shows signs of wear to the label and tin. Most of the grease is still present. Hewitt patented his own process for leaders to eliminate the flash from the gut, thus making them invisible. They along with is other products were sold through Wm. Mills & Son in New York and Farlow's in London. Comes with a "Edward R. Hewitt" display card.
