Presnell Mountain Dulcimer, Handcrafted by Master Dulcimer Maker Edd Presnell, (1916-1994) of Banner Elk, NC,birch top, sides, back, maple fingerboard, heart-shaped walnut tuning pegs, heart-shaped sound holes, walnut inlay on fingerboard, signed on back of peghead "Edd L. Presnell, 1968", maker's label on inside dated August 30, 1968; very good condition w/professionally framed color photo of Presnell, a highly respected maker. One of Presnell's dulcimers is in the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. Est. 200-400
