Viennese enamel miniature parlor set comprising two chairs each having enameled seat cushions and backs depicting romantic 18th C. courtship scenes the framework and legs of gilt ormolu, a settee with enameled seat cushion and back, a bureau with garniture with top and front surfaces enameled and a three fold screen the center panel having a watch work mechanism. Unmarked. Provenance: The Estate of Mrs. W. A. Criswell, Dallas, Texas. the tallest 5.25" H, Circa - last quarter 19th C.
