A Wedgwood Jasper covered urn standing on a plinth, the footed urn in a ground of black basalt, the bottom third decorated with quatrefoils in cream, children carry flowers above as a woman spins wool, the scenes divided by the applied handles, acanthus leaves decorate the shoulder sweeping to the beaded rim and knobbed cover. Impressed "Wedgwood." Provenance: The Estate of Mrs. W. A. Criswell, Dallas, Texas. 9"H, Circa - First quarter 19th C.
