(4) Wedgwood oval porcelain plaques including: (1) black basalt with an applied white bust of Josiah Wedgwood's wife, Sarah, impressed on bottom, "Wedgwood," "Mrs. Wedgwood," and "BB 408;" (1) black basalt with a thick applied bust of a gentleman, marked "T," and housed in a gilt frame, dating 1790; (1) light blue with an applied white bust of Sir William Howe wearing a military jacket, housed in a black wooden frame painted "Howe" in gilt, impressed "Wedgwood," and "Howe;" (1) light blue with an applied white bust of a gentleman, housed in a black wooden frame, impressed "Wedgwood" and carved in script, "Wedgwood" on back. Provenance: The Estate of Mrs. W. A. Criswell, Dallas, Texas. 6", Circa - 1775-1825.
