A Meissen Scneeball Snowball cruet the gourd shaped vessel tapering neck having it's surface encrusted with white and pink flower blossoms and applied spherules along with branches and foliage in green where two canary yellow song birds perch. The finial surmounted by a bird. Several areas of loss. Crossed swords mark in blue under glaze. Provenance: The Estate of Mrs. W. A. Criswell, Dallas, Tx. 9.25"H, Circa - Last half 19th C.
