Second half 19th century, two mounts incised ''PA'', another stamped ''Patry'' and with numbers, of kingwood and rosewood with oak secondary wood, the arched cornice with ovolo molding centered by a mask and acanthus clasp, over a pair of arched doors inset with beveled glass enclosing a silk-lined interior fitted with glass shelves, flanked by Bacchic mask-headed uprights with bronze-inlaid flutes, over a shaped apron centered by an espagnolette, enclosing a long drawer, raised on foliate scrolled feet, electrified, with key, 9'1'' H x 6'9'' W x 2'5'' D, est: $40,000/60,000

Condition
Overall good condition. Completely restored and refinished. Scattered shrinkage cracks to veneer commensurate with age. A short section of bronze molding along lower right hand side slightly loose. Original lock. Silk lining, shelves and lighting are later additions. Three mounts have been removed and examined for signatures, and are signed as stated. No further mounts have been removed and examined..
