This very impressive model has been used in television and film, when use of a "miniature" is more cost effective. In the photograph above, the left hand image shows how the model displays on film. The right hand image demonstrates the actual size of the replica, about 6' in height, along with a poster for one of the movies in which this model was used. Excellent condition. Not only can this replica be used as a display, but there is the opportunity for the buyer to derive rental income from it through rental to film studios.
