Publisher: T. Cadell, et al
Printing Year: 1822-1825, complete three-volume set
Condition/Details: Bound in their original blindstamped calfskin boards, this very early history set includes all three volumes. Tytler's work was corrected, amended and added to by Nares, resulting in an original two-volume set, to which a third additional volume was added in 1822. Volumes one and two of our set are of the 1825 ninth edition, while our third volume is the 1822 first edition of that additional volume. The six folding maps are present in the rear of volume two. The volumes show some external age/wear including spine repairs, and are solidly bound with bright pages and library markings. The books measure approximately 6" x 9" and contain 352 + 523 + 493 pages. Shipping cost (within the U.S.) for this lot will be: $8.50
