F. Lavallette of the U.S. Navy. the painting was painted in the 1850's. Along with a Silver Child's Mug inscribed Annie Marr from uncle George Aug. 1st 1854, maker of mug is E. & D. Kinsey, There also is Bible inscribed on cover Mary L. Marr, with publication date of 1854. Eleaszer Hutchinson Miller was a Washington DC area portrait artist. Condition: Very good.
