The kettle of ovoid-form with decoration of birds, flowers and foliate separating the banded rim and foot, spout with mask mount to underside, segmented C-form handle, hinged lid with finial of seated putto on sphere, notches mounted to either side of kettle rest within double U-form stand, putto seated within a swag to either side over openwork decoration and medallion hung with garland, the whole set on an oval platform with torches, flowers and scrolls and mounted with a drip cup to one side, two goblets hung from other side.

Dent to body of kettle, wear to plating exposing primary material, general wear commensurate with age.
