Elizabeth, NJ, The State Bank at Elizabeth, $1, Fine.
Haxby NJ-120-C4. A very scarce and early counterfeit, dated July 1824. Copied from plates done by Maverick, Leney & Rollinson, with the New Jersey “Arms” vignette at the top center. This is the "C” plate.
