Exquisite 19th century two piece bolted Meissen porcelain centerpiece. Finely detailed paint decorated with eight children surrounding base of pedestal, double handled at top with beautiful raised florals and gold highlights. Marked with blue cross swords on base. It shows a 3" x 3" old repair to top under handle and one leg to child which has been repaired and reattached. Few chips to florals. Two chips to basket one child is holding and one piece that one child is holding in his hand is broken off, 1" firing line at the base; otherwise, good condition. EST. $500. - $1000.
