Clara Greenleaf Perry (Massachusetts, District of Columbia, 1871-1960) 4 1/2" x 12" oil on wood panel. Titled "Bermuda Raceday". Unsigned, titled on back. Clara Perry studied with Robert Henri, Edmund Tarbell and Frank Benson. She spent time in France exhibiting at the Beaux-Arts Salon. She returned to New York and again studied with Henri and was in the landmark Exhibition of Independent Artists in 1910. Listed in Davenports, Fieldings, Mallett, Who's Who, etc. Fine condition. EST. $400. - $800.
