C&O ALLEGHANY H-8 LOCOMOTIVE AND TENDER BY FINE ART MODELS
7 x 47 x 5 inches (17.8 x 119.4 x 12.7 cm)
Superbly built and detailed 1.32 scale gauge 1 electric model of the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad 2-6-6-6 locomotive used mainly to haul coal in the Virginias. The model, powered by dual Pittman 19-volt motors, is based on an original in the Henry Ford Museum and authentically detailed, including smoke box and sound system simulating chuffs, brake release and boiler safety release from twin speakers.
Presented in wood and glass display case.
