This is a colored engraving from Currier and Ives titled The presidents of the United States executed circa 1846 during the term of James Polk. The first 11 presidents are represented from George Washington to James Polk and centered by a depiction of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The image measures 13 1/2 by 9 1/2 inches and framed measures 20 by 16 inches. Small paper loss in the upper corners and small crease upper center.
