On letterhead of The Royal Historian of Oz. There is also a tracing of a map by Thompson, referred to in the correspondence, and also a large manuscript map by Blossom, also mentioned, and several other later printed maps.
Correspondence relating to maps of Oz, and one that young Henry Blossom has created. In a letter dated October 17th, Thompson writes, "I wish we did have Oz maps, but the ones we had are all gone. We are working on a new one..." On this letter Thompson has drawn a pencil map of Oz. On March 16th she writes, "I've traced you a copy of my office map of Oz and when you compare it with yours you will see that you have done very well..." The pencil tracing is present, on two sheets (tape remnants on verso), typed at the bottom of each is "original by R.P.T. November 1938." The other two letters also refer to the map. Provenance: Henry S. Blossom.

Condition report

Blossoms map is somewhat worn, but overall the archive is in very good condition.
