Photographers: Pascal Sebah and C. Paier. 1880s. 12 albumen prints. Each circa 20,5 x 26,5 cm. Most with photographer's name, title and number in lower edge in the negative, 4 annotated in pencil on the verso.
An attractive group of views of Constantinople showing the Hagia Sophia and surrounding area, the old Galata Bridge with traffic, the Roman hippodrome, the Column of Constantine and other landmarks of the city. - Some faded along edges and with minimal foxing spots, otherwise in very good condition.
