Travel album with a diverse collection of views of natives, landscapes, villages and towns in Indonesia, Ceylon, New Zealand, Egypt/Suez and Genoa. 1870s/80s. 61 albumen prints. Various sizes between circa 20 x 25 cm (37) and 13 x 20 cm (15) and smaller. Flush-mounted to album boards (soiling and foxing, buckled and traces of use), bound in contemporary black canvas album (rubbed, spine broken, some boards loose).
Some prints faded, many with traces of light surface abrasion, otherwise many in good condition.
