Lot 214: CHINESE CARVED JADE INK STONE MOUNTAIN SCENE - A beautifully carved bluish green ink stone with brown streaks. The top depicts a mountain scene with a Temple and the ink bowl portion serving as a lake. The reverse side has carved calligraphy. Measures 5 3/4" tall by 5 3/8" wide and it is 1 3/8" thick at the thickest point. (Updated 11/8/06 1:30 pm EST - to include measurements)
