We are extremely pleased to offer this item representing an absolutely breathtaking antique factory painted Giant 10 inch Limoges Pudding bowl and 12” diameter matching under-plate. This sculpted gilt rim porcelain set is by the fabled Tressemann & Vogt, and is finished in a gorgeous floral sprays pattern with rich spring green Fleur de Lis bands. This special T & V Pudding set carries the Gaston and DuBay #6 Limoges + France + Depose, Green under glaze White Ware mark, used from ca. 1900-1907, as well as the Gaston & DuBay #11, red floral top T.V bell over glaze factory decorator's mark, also used from 1902 to 1907. Consequently, the union of both marks positively dates this valuable antique pair in that 5 year pre-1907 period. Antique Limoges retains high collector value, due to its many forms, vibrant colors and outstanding glaze, and this is especially true for Factory decorated, artist signed & custom display pieces such as ours.
