This collection of 80s rock posters were all designed for concerts at The Fillmore in San Francisco, promoted by the legendary Bill Graham. Great Impressions in San Francisco printed these posters. All posters are loose, dimensions: 19 1/2 x 13. Unless otherwise noted, Arlene Owseichik designed the poster. She worked with Bill Graham Presents for 20 years, and created or directed over 1,000 poster designs; Owseichik has received numerous design awards :
- May 10, 1988 concert, featuring Peter Murphy (formerly of Bauhaus), Passion Fodder, and Penelope Houston. Small corner creases.
- May 28, 1988 concert, featuring Joy of Cooking, Dan Hicks and his Acoustic Warriors. Poster design has a retro 50s feel. Very slight corner creases.
- April 22, 1988 concert, featuring Jesse Johnson, plus Freaky Executives. Dark royal blue line drawing of Jesse Johnson on pumpkin orange background, with stylized sun and rays image surrounding his torso. Surface wear to colors and crinkle upper left corner.
- July 23, 1988 concert, featuring X, Thelonious Monster, and The Hangmen. Large X design is also a floor plan to a stadium, with multiple X font designs and band images enclosed. Small corner creases.
- May 5, 1988 concert, featuring 3 (Keith Emerson, Carl Palmer, and Robert Berry). Poster designed by Libbie Schock. Small corner creases.
- June 17, 1988 concert, featuring The Mission UK and The Zarkons. Black and white photograph of school girl posing next to lichen covered wall, in ruins, covered with graffiti.
- July 6, 1988 concert, featuring Aswad and Thaddeus, with DJ Doug Wendt and the Midnite Dread Sound System. Poster designed by Michael Schurtz under supervision of Arlene Owseichik.
- August 29, 1988 concert, featuring Toni Childs. Poster designed by Libbie Schock. Minimalist abstract design of the sea shore in salmon-pink, mint-green, and sky-blue, with a small black and white photographic image of Toni Childs near top center.
- May 27, 1988 concert, featuring Yngwie Malmsteen and Lita Ford. Abstract black and white heraldic motif with abstract spotlight formed of gradient orange and yellow colors. Poster designed by Libbie Schock.
- August 26, 1988 concert featuring Jimmy Cliff, with the Caribbean Allstars, and The Looters. Traditional British wallpaper design of ornate hummingbird against floating flowers, in sherbet orange, gray and green colors.
