FINE COMB BACK WINDSOR ARMCHAIR. Old worn red paint over yellow with evidence of an earlier paint history. Splayed baluster and ring turned legs with an "H" stretcher. The oval seat has incised detailing around the spindles. Bowed arm rail with turned supports and a seven-spindle back with well-shaped crest. Good form. Ex Bill Samaha, Ex Pete and Ann Lowder, see Garth's, April 13, 1985, Lot 42. Seat 17 5/8"h. overall 41 1/4"h.
