A collection of twenty-three art reference books, to include 'The Oxford Companion to Twentieth Century Art', Gardners 'Art Through the Ages', 'the Oxford Companion to the Decorative Arts', 'Gemstones', 'The Triumph of American Painting' and 'Carpets of Central Persia' 'Syd' has signed or initialled (RKB or RB) and dated the majority of the books and in a number of cases he has also covered them in much the same way a student might do. The dates range from 1987 to 2006.
