Gent, 1/6 plate by Clark, N. Brunswick [N. Jersey!]

1/6 plate sealed in oval mat stamped "Clark/ N. Brunswick." Much as I would have been delighted to have this be from New Brunswick in Canada [as I had first presented it,] a friend has pointed out that this is much more likely to be the city in New Jersey, where David Clark operated. This this is one more of the many New Jersey photographs in this sale [though the only one so far that's a daguerreotype.] In half case. [3+]
