This 1889 disaster in Pennsylvania resulted in a great loss of life, and was extensively covered in stereo. One of the great series was by Bonine, and here are 25 out of the 50 or so views he made. They are on buff mounts, each with pink descriptive labels on verso. These are numbers 1 – 4, 6 – 12, 14 – 16, 21, 25, 27 – 29, 35 – 38, 40, 42. Some of the most powerful subjects are included. These seem to be copy views made by Bonine, as they lack the tonal richness of the best I've seen. There is some light wear and light staining on some mounts, and a few digs. Generally [2] – [2+]
