a) "Her Majesty at Waipio./ C. R. Brown's Res." A pen inscription verso identifies her as Queen Liliuokalani. She was the last reigning monarch and was caught in the events connected with the annexation of Hawaii to the U.S.

b) Honolulu. Fine view of the port from out at sea.

c) "On the O.L. R.R. Co./ Kaohai." Cabins alongside the tracks.

d) "Wailaua River." Shows the bridge.

e) "Waikiki." River and trees.

f) "Muuanu Pali." View on Oahu shows sleeping dog on steep rocky road, man up on crag at left.

g) Waterfall.

h) "Coconut Island." Figures in small sailboat.

i) "Mouha Kaala." A view from water toward mountain, huts at right. This one has a crease at lower right.

j) Another waterfall. No damage except (i), generally [3].
