SHAKER LADDERBACK ROCKING ARMCHAIR. Old dark brown varnished surface. Impressed "6" on the top slat. Finely turned arm supports and elongated acorn shaped finials. The tan woven tape seat is later. Curved arms with tapered rear posts and four arched slats. Splits at the bottoms of the legs with a glued restoration on one rocker. Seat 15 1/2"h., 42"h. overall.
