Virginia Currency
PMG Graded Very Fine-20 $6 VA Note of May 5, 1777

May 5, 1777, $6, PMG graded Very Fine-20.
One of the most pleasing quality notes of this denomination we have seen that clearly grades “EF” by Colonial note standards. The note remains quite crisp and clean, fresh in appearance with nicely centered clear text. The signatures remain strong and the manuscript portion of the date is also very clear. This note is well “Undergraded” by PMG.
